Calculator inputs and results are processed in your browser. This website does not submit those values, include them in application links or save them to website storage. Reloading clears the tool's working state. Do not enter personal identifiers, account credentials or documents in the planning tool.
The website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security providers may process request information such as IP addresses and technical access information to deliver and protect the website. This notice does not promise that visiting the site causes no processing or logging.
Selecting a phone or email link opens your device's calling or email software. Those communications take place outside this website and are handled by the providers and recipient systems involved. Use email for general questions only; do not email Social Security numbers, income, asset or credit details, identification documents or financial attachments.
Application links open the separately operated, owner-approved application portal. Review its privacy notice and terms before submitting information. This website does not receive the application or transmit calculator values to that portal.
